The 125kW module adopts the latest SiC design, which not only improves maximum efficiency, but also further expands the voltage range that can be applied on the DC side (600Vdc~1000Vdc). It is very application-friendly for C&I, microgrid and etc. related scenarios. This product has extremely high compatibility with both 48S/52S designed pack.
